Please NOTE: 1. Any winter cancellations due to bad weather will be announced on WCSH-6 TV.

2. Our Behavioral Policy is in effect during any and all ETL Activities; No electronics
are allowed at ETL activities. (Phones can be brought, however, they need to be turned off
during all activity time).
3. ALL workshop days begin with Peer Support Group, and, include a workshop related activity.
4. There is a $35.00 yearly registration fee due at the beginning of each September, and, each
8 week session is $40.00, (8 weeks ETL Cafe, 8 weeks of workshops), due before sessions
begin. ETL has a no refund policy.
5. Sometimes, we have special activities. There is a cost per day for these activities,
cost is announced when activity is announced.
6. Office hours are posted on the Home Page of our website. Please do not contact staff
during off hours.

ETL SUMMER BREAK
EARLY REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! We are able to offer a 38% discount on the average
cost of 10 activity days this year! Please note that some activities (due to costs and time involved..
like overnights) count as multiple activity days. After Early Registration ends, cost per activity will be
as listed next to the activity. Average actual cost for 10 activity days comes out to $718.81. Early
Registration for 10 activity days will be $450.00. Early Registration Deadline: May 24th.
SUMMER ACTIVITIES BEGIN!!
Packing list for Camp Waban will be posted soon, details on pick-up and drop off points will
also be posted soon. Schedule is open to change, depending on participation. ETL maintains
a no refund policy due to the fact that most activities require up front payment, deposits, or,
organizational set up expenses. All activities include lunch unless otherwise stated.
Camp Waban: Parents/families drop off students at the back parking lot at 11:30 A.M. on Wednesday, July 17th. Pick up is at same location. Student belongings will be ready to go, but students will be at waterfront and cabins area. Please walk to cabin and waterfront area to retrieve between 2PM and 3PM.

OTHERS WHO LIVE CLOSER TO MONKEY TRUNKS CAN MEET WITH THE GROUP AT MONKEY TRUNKS JUST BEFORE 10AM (we will enter at 10). THOSE DROPPING OFF AT MONKEY TRUNKS CAN PICK UP AT 4 PM IN THE SAME PARKING LOT. PICK UP AT LINDA'S HOUSE 5 PM.
